Linda Moffat - Founder
Linda Moffat founded Evolving Collaborations in 2003.  She created it with the focus of helping organizations improve their business strategy and revenue opportunities through their strategic alliances, partnerships and sales channels. Linda is a seasoned professional in the areas of:

  • Strategic Business Consulting, Planning and Development
  • Consultative Selling
  • Selling to State, Local, Federal and Education Markets
  • Global Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Sales Channel and Partner Development and Management
  • Performance Measurement and Benchmarking
  • Strategy and Facilitation of Best Practice Groups and Advisory Councils

Linda's background includes - 8 1/2 years at Gartner, Inc. in Sales and Marketing; Partner / Channel Development, Management and Lead Generation at - Informatica, ProAct Technologies (iXL) and Intrado. Linda has led or worked on global partnership projects for Microsoft, Cisco, HDS, Good Technology and others.

Linda captained an Eco-Challenge adventure racing team - World Championships - in New Zealand in 2001 and raced in the 2000 World Championships in Borneo, Malaysia. Linda is an avid mountaineer. She has climbed
Kilimanjaro, Rainier, Kinabalu, Shasta & multiple peaks in Patagonia & New Zealand. She continues her adventure passions as it is always brings a level of education and experience that translates well into her business engagements.

Linda graduated with a BS in Marketing and Management / minor in Computer Science from SUNY New York. She has completed post graduate work in Human Behavior at the University of California at Berkeley; Architecture - University of Colorado at Boulder; and holds a Green Building Certification from Colorado State University


Susan Reynolds
With over 20 years of technology experience, Susan brings to the team expertise in national and international channel sales, marketing and business development. Susan has continued through-out her career to develop breadth and depth of technology channel experience. She has hands-on experience working for VAR/Reseller organizations, start-ups, consultant organizations and large manufactures. Much of Susan's career was working for such manufactures as Hewlett-Packard and StorageTek (Sun Micro Systems). Because of Susan's hands-on experience in a cross-section of channel businesses, she has developed the keen ability to see all perspectives; which allow her to effectively problem solve from a variety of angles.
Susan graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern Arizona University.


George Deriso
George Deriso is an experienced executive, entrepreneur and consultant who has worked with businesses of all sizes around the world. Prior to founding Cosmos Partners, George worked for Falcon Venture Partners, a Colorado private equity firm. Over his career, George has been instrumental as an executive or founder of 7 technology ventures. He also has worked in large multi-national companies, such as AT&T, Apple Computer and Gartner Group, providing him experience and insight that is meaningful across the full range of enterprises. He has lived and worked overseas, conducting business extensively throughout Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

George has a Masters from the University of California in Instructional Technology and Multimedia and an undergraduate degree from the University of California in Liberal Arts. He is an Advisor on the Boards of the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship and the Technology Transfer Office, both at the University of Colorado, and advises new ventures and investors around the country.


Steve Olshansky
Steve Olshansky has over 20 years of business and technology experience, in a variety of positions centered around enabling and enhancing collaboration within and between organizations. His experience includes developing technology strategies in support of business goals, Internet-based business applications development, large-scale website development and information architectures, knowledge management and electronic performance support systems, online communities and social networking, and online training and education.

He has focused his career on integrating and aligning technology with business processes - providing support to organizations large and small in both the public and private sectors, improving efficiency and productivity. He has successfully managed large IT consulting and software development projects, as well as high-visibility web development efforts, from initial design through deployment, for a wide range of clients. Steve provides a range of services related to enabling and enhancing collaboration, tailored to the needs of the client, including assessment of existing systems and recommendations for increasing their effectiveness, requirements analysis and functional specification, and RFP preparation and response evaluation services.

He holds a B.A. Political Science from Colorado College, and a M.S. Telecommunications from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a member of ACM and a Senior Member of IEEE.  Steve is the Principal of LuminaGroup® www.luminagroup.com

William Vanderbilt
William Vanderbilt has over twenty years experience in learning and IT channels.  William’s corporate and IT education and channel industry experience stems from fulfilling numerous roles during his career including Vice President of Education and Training at CompTIA, Vice President of IT Partner Enablement at NIIT, Chief Operating Officer at Beacon Institute for Learning and Senior Director of Training at CompUSA.  William holds an MBA, BS in Education/Physics and a MDiv.  He is an accomplished facilitator, educator, speaker, writer and business leader.
